They are extremely responsive to all requests and source all insurance companies to get the best possible rates for the community. Sara Schulz BEWARE!!! Please do your due diligence before having anything to do with this "company". Public records will show you all you need to know about the female that "runs" this homemade agency. When you begin your search of her name you will see why I use that term. Feel free to look at what has transpired in the other states and agencies that she worked for and of course, one of the most important aspects when choosing someone that you need to be professional and hold a standard of excellence....the local courthouse public records (for Indian River County) when inputing her name and what transpired when she was asked information under oath. She has absolutely no integrity whatsoever and I owe it to anyone looking her up as a potential person to trust with any financial aspect of insurance or other investment of time or money to BEWARE!!!

Stephen Joseph Kantor Angie Hearl at Doug Croley, Gets my five star rating. Angie has been my go to person for all my insurance needs for the past eight years now. She’s extremely knowledgeable, and responsive to Questions I might have. Whenever I’ve called their office after hours, I always get a call back in record time from Angie, or At least someone from the Doug Crowley office to let me know they’re working on whatever I might need at that time. Now I don’t know how she does it, but I’ve compared side-by-side policies with other insurance carriers, and Angie has always come through for me, saving me thousands of dollars over the past eight years. Full exclosure, fortunately for me I haven’t had to make a claim, so I can’t speak about my experience there, but as far as finding an Insurance agent that is knowledgeable, hard-working, and there for you when you need them. I’m confident you won’t be sorry you called them.
