Kaylina P I went in to make a simple withdrawal nothing complicated, the teller that attended me was an OLDER lady she had glasses idk her name because the receipt does not say it... The older lady was so rude, I walked up to her and smiled and said hello and she had the nastiest attitude. Lacks Customer Service skills. When she was done with my transaction the older lady literally TOSSED my ID, Debit Card, and cash envelope into the slot and looked the other way. Very unprofessional. Genuinely dont know if its because I wasnt speaking Spanish because I was speaking English but either way was very disgusting behavior. And she was responding only in Spanish you should hire Bilingual Tellers. This really upset me and confused me. I was in shock with the type of service they give their customers and that they are so okay with this quality of work. I am a teller myself at another institution and I would not waste my time writing this review if it wasnt needed. This interaction really is uncalled for and you should also keep the branch and teller line CLEANER. Your tellers had open snacks and lunch bags all on the counters. Looks dirty and nasty. What an odd branch.

Amy Rodriguez Mr. B is very professional and personable. His knowledge about retirement planning is unmatched compared to others I went to seeking assistance. As a divorced mother of two, I needed to make sure my money was working for me and prepare for the "what ifs" and Mr. B helped me do that. Now I feel secure for the future and my family. Gustavo Antonioni Horrible customer service and bank does not take responsibility for stealing your money! I tried to withdraw money from their ATM last night - machine did not give me money but receipt confirmed my money was taken. I called today to speak with bank Manager Bill Reynolds and after they checked my withdrawal receipt transaction number they confirmed no money was issued and that I had to deal with this situation with my bank which is based in England as I ma here as a tourist. So not only did I not get cash last night because of their negligence I had to incur long distance charges today to have my bank resolve this . I find this to be a terrible oversight in taking responsibility for what is actually theft . NEVER USE THIS BANK!
