All of the staff members are extremely helpful and courteous. I recently visited Gold Mine this week And the item I was looking for was a special order item. I explained to them that I needed it by Friday at the latest and to my surprise they were able to get it the very next business day. I highly recommend Gold Mine jewelry.

Marc-Andre Carrier Jenny was very nice and helped with selection and price in the chat. The quality and build of the platinum 2.85 carat ring was really amazing. The center stone was selected of the best quality one can hope for and the presentation box, free pendant necklace and certificates made it a really great Xmas for my wife. She said I can order any day from PrimeStyle.

Sheldon Rozman Incredible customer service! The team at Timeless were exceptionally knowledgeable. I was extremely impressed with their selection of jewelry and timepieces… none of the run-of-the- mill stuff—rare, unique, and exquisite pieces! I appreciated that they didn’t carry the same cookie-cutter designs you see in other stores. Their art deco pieces are just incredible. We didn’t feel any pressure to purchase, rather it was truly an experience. The owners are very personable and we sat for hours just talking and learning about the history of some of the pieces that caught our eye. I haven’t seen this level of customer service anywhere in the area and it was so refreshing to support local and family owned business.

Toni Granchi Judys jewelry was recommended to me from my jeweler. I had some coins and other articles for assessment. An appointment was made and the store is fabulous just like the owner Sal.He assessed all the coins which were not as many 50 cent pieces as I thought. he had cookies and candy wrapped as give a ways. i tried to buy a jewelry box which is perfect for my small items. He would take no money from me and gave me money for what i brought him. oh and when i entered the store I was greeted by the very friendly, kind staff. Go there folks ands see what items he has and also what he can do for you with items you may have.

Ashley Mikula Brought in my grandmother’s diamond necklace that is my daily wear due to the diamond becoming loose in the prongs. I contacted the shop to see if they were able to repair it, the gentleman said to bring it in. My boyfriend drove it over to have it repaired and cleaned. The gentleman was able to get it repaired and cleaned on the spot! Overall a great experience and will hopefully be back with the future needs (& maybe some wants!) Couldn’t recommend this spot more for friendly, helpful and quick service!

Randi Ginsberg My husband and I are first time shoppers and buyers at Kay’s. They have a really beautiful selection of jewelry and my husband bought a watch there. Soraya and Ryan helped us out and the customer service was fantastic! Soraya was so sweet and helpful. Ryan really explained to us about the warranties, which I had no idea that Kay has a lifetime warranty! We will definitely be back!
