Letrice Waiters The customer service is the worse. The receptionist is rude and snotty. Came in to move My daughters 569 account. she clearly told me that I could not be seen at that office. I had to contact my service representative that was in Missouri when he finally gave me a call. They let me know that Garth could have saw me at the office also when I went back and asked her why did she tell me I could not be service and couldn’t answer any questions. She stated that her computer would not give her that information! Garth, however Was in his office, heard every detail and did not try to come out and explain what was going on very awkward. Did not know that Edward Jones had moved my account from his care to another representative So both of them were overseas of my account.No notifications nothing.
