Michael Steven If you have never discussed your future with a financial professional I HIGHLY suggest you do so. I used the same financial firm for almost 10 years. I also realized that they were NOT investing in my future and my funds were being washed down the drain. 6 months ago I met with Nick Vizzi and he was 100% up front with me about EVERYTHING my previous firm was doing wrong (for their own benefit). Nick sat me down and explained what he would do if he was in my position. Looking back this was the best financial decision I made for my family in 2016!

Rhonda Babcock and Palm Bay Road location: The people that work here are very nice. My ONLY complaint for this location is the ATM service. Many of us rely on the convenience of the ATM as we cant get to the bank during their regular operating hours, thats why ATM function is so vitally important for alot of us. I rely ALOT on the "deposit" function. Cant use it 80% of the time though if you get off later from your job. I had a conversation with one of the associates over the phone because it was very frustrating for me after numerous TRIPS trying to make a deposit later in the day. She stated that its because of businesses that do many night deposit "drops" which in turn, shuts down the "cash deposit function". It only allows "check" deposits at this point. One positive about their ATM function is (when its accessible), you can take out quite a bit of money in one transaction and the Lobby opens up for several hours on Saturday.

jennifer pepe I had the pleasure of working with Hunter Thomas on a car loan. By far one of the best experiences Ive had at a bank! I can NOT speak more highly of him! He went above and beyond! I wish I could leave 20 stars! Will be recommending all friends and family to FCU because of Hunter! Ty FCU for your incredible employees! *Just want to add this is my second car loan with FCU. The first time was also amazing, which is why I made sure to use them again for my second car loan! But, this second time exceeded any expectations I had already!

Alec Diaz This branch is amazing. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgable. I have been banking here since it opened. The wait time is usually minimal and they offer free pop corn on Fridays. Also they have convenient drive thru and lobby hours. Five stars for excellent customer service.
