Judith Oliver Betsy did a great job explaining how to switch my business checking account to earn 5% interest without any fees - my current business account with a national bank charges me $16 a month, although the business doesnt make a lot right now and I dont get any interest. iThink Financial definitely offered the best deal possible. Although I didnt switch right away, Betsy faithfully followed up and started a savings account with only $5 to be able to be a part of the credit union. I had to wait a little to see her, but thats what I have to do at my regular bank as well. No problem with this bank so far.

The best thing is that it is always easy to get an actual human being on the phone. I moved most all of my banking to USB because the big bank I used has closed most of their centers, closed the drive through in the one local center that remains and it impossible to get a real person on the phone. Im very happy with USB

K M I have the utmost respect for this office and the wonderful people who work here they care about me and my investments! I feel like Im a member of their own family Mr. Crutchfield watches over my investments as if they were his own he keeps me informed on all of them either by a phone call or written letter. They came very highly recommended by an attorney of whom they also handle his investments. My money has grown since Ive hired them couldnt be happier!
