Bob Canter There was fraudulent activity on my debit card. I reported it promptly and the fraudulent transaction was blocked. I then went to our nearby Capital City Bank branch to get a new debit card. The entire transaction was quick and very easy; bank staff is very courteous.

Pamela My financial meeting with Amy Micik exceeded my expectations! She was professional in that she asked me questions and listened to my responses. She took that information and made professional recommendations. It wasnt a cookie-cutter plan or response. She explained each recommendation and used language I could understand and relate to. She made me an actionable plan with a time frame that I felt extremely comfortable with and confident I could achieve them. If I had any uncertainty or questions, she was patient and explained everything in terms I could understand.
