Jillian Ozkara Benchmark was a wonderful place to work both in terms of professional development and culture. I’ve worked for several financial planning and investment firms in the past. Honestly, I have seen so many underhanded activities, such as advisors charging high commissions or selling products clients did not need. The advisors I worked with at Benchmark had integrity. It’s a smaller firm, so advisors are able to work closely with clients and build relationships. The advisors were honest, reasonable, and genuinely cared about each client. If I weren’t a Financial Planner myself, I would consider hiring Benchmark. They look your complete financial picture—they don’t simply sell products like everyone else.

Peter McCartney I have been with One Focus about a year now. I believe it was the best decision I have ever made. I have been working with Evan DeBoard who in my opinion is the most know knowledgeable person I have ever met in his area of expertise. Evan has been there for me through every step of the process. Evan has answered every single one of my questions (even when I probably have been a real pain) and also educated me about many aspects of my debt situation. Evan is a super professional whom One Focus surely is very proud of having in the organization. I look forward to continue working with Evan and will regret the day we part ways. I truly appreciate everything he has done for me.

Eric Im just going to say this, had an issue, and thanks to Tricia Moore, who contacted me right back, my issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Cant say enough about Tricia, but she rocks !!!!!, (UPDATE) This company has gotten bad, went to lease another bike less then a month ago got approved, had to cancel due to some family issues. Went today to lease another bike,nothing has changed in the past month, and was declined. When I bought my previous bike over two years ago, paid it completely off including the end payment, Dont know what happened to this company but there not how they were before

John Rolfe I have had numerous contacts with this companys customer service agents. They are condescending and rude but notably ignorant of SEC and other major compliance laws. They make rollovers nearly impossible or outright lie saying its not allowed. Cities and towns that sign up with Bencor do not have the better interests of their employees as their goal. I urge any municipal employee to seriously question their HR Department about the research they carried out in selecting US Bencor. Chances are they did none and just put the contract out for bid.Thats no way to select a quality financial institution.
