She was not only friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, she was personable, sharing her own experiences and insights. I knew that I was in good hands. I was very happy to see that my loan was in my checking account even before I left her office! No doubt, this was the best loan experience Ive ever had!

My most recent experience with Mariner was this past monday 6/16/25 with Christina, after a brief phone call on the previous thursday, gathering a bit of information, we set up an office appointment for monday morning 10:00a, I arrived on time, in and out in about 15/20 minutes, signed, sealed and delivered………absolutely fantastic. Should be a 10 in the stars! I recommend Mariner to all my friends and family when asked for a reference. m yuranko

2 /5 Naomi Satterfield: I worked with Christina from the St Pete location. She was to refinance my loan and it was to make my payment lower and also get me $200. It sound really great. However, something that should have taken maybe a day or two was stretched out for the whole week and then some. I understand they were really short-staffed at that location, however if she was that busy she could have passed it off to someone at a Tampa location. This went on for days. One day she even told me that she had to leave early because something with her child. And I can understand that, however she knew my child has cancer and I have to be in Tampa everyday because she has treatments everyday. We agreed to contact or shall I say she was to call me. Blessed day! I didnt hear from her. So finally at 4:00 or 5:00 I called her and then this was another day. Prolonged the next day again 11:00 a.m. we decide 11:00 a.m. came. I didnt hear from her so I called her at 12:00 but see the point Im trying to make is that I have other commitments. My child was diagnosed with cancer. I have to be at a certain place at a certain time so that she can get her treatments and Christina act like I was on her time. She had to leave for her child and I was trying to figure out how to speak to her because my child I had to be with. This went on for days or refinance. Everything was done last week Wednesday. Today is the 10th. I still have not received the $200. She said it was a ACH transfer. My bank to date has nothing pending. I contacted my bank. Still nothing contacted. Christina, she doesnt know why she did everything right. It just dawned on me that she didnt even confirm my banking information. So I guess if its not there tomorrow Ill be making another call to Christina. That was my experience with Mariner finance. Theyre great if you just sit around and do nothing all day and you can do transactions on their time. Their personal time while theyre at work. Your time means nothing. Whats going on in your life means nothing and again I still have yet to get the $200. Not a happy camper!
