5 /5 Katie Robinson: Crestviews PenAir Credit Union is located across from Winn-Dixie and centered between Publix and Autozone. This location had its soft opening last week. Their grand opening is 4 October. There is a coin center on the right, 2 atms on the left. In the middle is the reception area and a tablet to request assistance. Beyond the reception area is the customer education area and offices. Outside, around the back of the building is 2 drive thru lanes with atms. This is handicap wheelchair accessible business with two handicap parking spots in the front. I went in last week to get assistance with my online account. I was happily surprised at how easily I was able finish the setup. The ladies were friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable. This business definitely will be an asset to the community.

5 /5 Mary 8696: I noticed the new branch opened up in Crestview this week. Decided to join and open accounts. Ashley and Caitlyn were very welcoming and provided excellent customer service. Caitlyn took care of my membership application and opening accounts. It is new to me using a video teller atm machine to conduct actions instead of physical tellers in the branch. Caitlyn walked me through the procedure while the video teller took my deposit. I went back the next day to get a cd. There is range of paid interest percent depending on what amount of time you want your cd for. PenAir offers lots of services and types of accounts. They even have Christmas Club which I have only seen at one bank. Overall I like the the products offered. The customer service is excellent. I recommend this branch if you live in Crestview.
