Support staff are reasonably polite, but lack knowledge in almost all affairs, do not have the authority to report most information, and will often connect you to a voicemail when you request more information (even during business hours when people like financial aid should be available). All of this after nearly losing over $4,000 worth of my tuition refunds on multiple occasions.
