Tammy Ramos Ivette Was the representative that took care of me today. I am beyond pleased. Unfortunately, I have to admit that I am not very tech smart. This young lady took the time to explain to me, and even show me on my phone Step-by-step the procedure that needed to be done to solve my problem.
