If you dont know what this means, you will, and once you get it, youll do just fine. Wouldve kept working here if I hadnt caught a virus that almost killed me. (Also not their fault)

I spoke with Cassandra upon my follow up and she made it an enjoyable experience where I felt seen and heard. Cassandra thoroughly took her time and walked me through the process which was more than any of the other insurances that I previously reached out to did. I am not someone to ever leave reviews but I could not pass up on letting you all know that this place rocks! Spoke with Kyle who was pleasant and most helpful . I went to the office and met with him . So very helpful not only getting Mr my new insurance bey helped me cancel my old policy which didn’t expire until October . So delighted to be a part of a carrier who cares about there clients . Highly recommend.

Michael Bello My experience with your company has been absolutely disgraceful. The treatment toward Hispanic clients is unacceptable, and the Spanish-speaking service was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. It is shameful that in this day and age, such disregard and lack of respect still exist. Your staff is clearly untrained and lacks even the most basic sense of customer service. The disorganization, arrogant attitudes, and complete lack of empathy make this one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. And let’s not even talk about the outrageous, unclear estimates—a total lack of transparency that only creates more mistrust. Instead of offering support, your company adds to people’s stress and frustration. You seriously need to clean house from the ground up, because what you currently offer is not a service—it’s an insult. Extremely disappointed. I absolutely do not recommend your business.
