1 /5 Mike M: Avoid doing business with one main financials office in Gainesville Fl! Leadership is snarky, impolite and should not have a job working with people in any setting. One main financial, you all should do a better job holistically vetting your personnel as they are a direct representation of your companies values! I would suggest offering some customer service refreshers immediately! Particularly if you all are invested in the longevity of your Gainesville Fl location. Best regards,

The staff has shown me nothing but genuine concern, especially after my horrible car accident! I am so grateful for the kindness and concern shown by Ms. TERESA AND MS. SUZANNE!! They are at the 34th Branch in Gainesville Florida, and although at times they were short staffed, they always made sure to follow up after I leave a message! Also, during my loan process, all the products were explained to me, to help me in case of unexpected incidents like the one I had. I am happy I signed up for the benefits as they came in handy!!
