He is well versed in technology to analyze and recommend on your holistic retirement plan. I had a bad experience with AUM accounts in the past but,....I converted to Moran to manage my retirement investments going forward. He really cares!!!

Joel Hynes Definitely my least favorite Truist bank location. Other Truists have always been a positive experience. However, at this one I was told that in order to withdraw a certain amount of cash, I had to wait for a branch manager, who was on lunch for 45 minutes. The teller (Francesca) also sighed and scolded me several times because I didnt want to pay for a cashiers check and was withdrawing cash which "is a hassle". She seemed annoyed that I wanted cash, and then I heard the wait 45 minutes line. I assume based on the reviews that after the wait I would probably be told by the manager that I just couldnt withdraw that today. Truist, do yourselves a favor and close this branch before they give a bad name to the entire brand. Or at the very least, completely overhaul the management and rework the branch culture. Until then, Ill stick with the branches that are better!
