Mendez Thanks to the support of the Florida Department of Financial Services, we were able to obtain compensation from United Automobile Insurance Company for the loss of our vehicle, after both the insurance company and the policyholder who hit us at last December had refused for months to fulfill their obligation. Thanks to the excellent efforts of Ms. Eileen Torres, from FDFS team, United Automobile Insurance Company finally responded to our claim.
