Kevin Sewell My Mortgage Broker sent my premium payment to the wrong insurance company and I had to come up with the whole amount to prevent from being canceled during Hurricane Season. Carly Olivares worked diligently to get me my money back from the insurance company that received it in error. Thank You Carly for being so AWESOME

GrimReaperTrader As a seller of a home, we are currently dealing with Cardinal Financial who represents our buyer. They have had three weeks to appraise my home, and have failed to provide us an appraisal amount, and the appraiser they privately hired, failed to do the same, and is refusing to disclose. I am now less than two weeks away from closing, and am unable to pack my belongings or find a new home. I will follow up with a BBB complaint about Cardinal and their unethical practices.
