Mandy Lynn I stopped by the bank yesterday and tried to use the ATM, but it wasn’t working—and there was no sign saying it was out of order. I went through all the steps, waited forever to get my card back, and then finally got a message on the screen saying it wasn’t dispensing cash. Super frustrating. A simple “out of order” sign could’ve saved me (and probably others) a lot of time. Since the ATM didn’t work, I had to go inside. I do like this bank because it’s close to home and the staff is always nice when I go in, but they’re seriously understaffed. There was only one teller working both the front desk and the drive-thru, which doesn’t seem fair to her or the customers.

Tyler Reed I have a 2005 F450 that had the engine replaced a year ago with a Ford Reman Engine by the previous owner. The engine dropped an injector. I took the truck to Murray due to possible warranty on the engine. Carey, I think his name was, in the service department was extremely helpful with getting this issue resolved. I even talked with Mike, the commercial salesman about a new truck in the near future and he was very helpful and not pushy like some salespeople. The few techs I talked to were also nice guys and I would trust them to work on any of my vehicles. Turn around time, especially for a truck of this age was pretty quick. 2 days and I had my truck back. Hard finding good dealers anymore but this one is great!
