Michelle Rose The UPS store in Bartow is awesome! They have always taken care of everything I need. There is a particular employee named Grace that works there. She is very friendly, efficient and professional. She has helped me several times with complicated situations . She made sure that everything I needed to take care of was done correctly. She is definitely an asset to this company. She is an awesome employee!!

Mandy Lynn I stopped by the bank yesterday and tried to use the ATM, but it wasn’t working—and there was no sign saying it was out of order. I went through all the steps, waited forever to get my card back, and then finally got a message on the screen saying it wasn’t dispensing cash. Super frustrating. A simple “out of order” sign could’ve saved me (and probably others) a lot of time. Since the ATM didn’t work, I had to go inside. I do like this bank because it’s close to home and the staff is always nice when I go in, but they’re seriously understaffed. There was only one teller working both the front desk and the drive-thru, which doesn’t seem fair to her or the customers.

Stephen Woodyard Trent is great! I have always been a DIY investor and Trents insight contributed to my confidence in my retirement plan. He is well versed in technology to analyze and recommend on your holistic retirement plan. I had a bad experience with AUM accounts in the past but,....I converted to Moran to manage my retirement investments going forward. He really cares!!!

Kaelsie Saravia LOVE this bank. We got our commercial loan with them and they were amazing. Great service and expert advice. We also have business accounts there. It is always fast and professional- never have to wait in line.
