I bought her business this time, as a favor she worked more on the behalf of the realtor that I bought, did not communicate with me, told me what she wasn’t going to do and I paid her. I did business with her two years and she was shady then, as I discovered over one year after closing on my property the property appraisal informed me that she had not recorded my deed, yet, she was paid to do this then claimed she forgot.Also, pay attention to the charges she includes in HUD Settlement Statements as they are everywhere. She threatened to walk out my closing because U wouldn’t sign an affidavit that was I wasn’t notified about prior to closing. Pompous, arrogant and wouldn’t even say thank you for the business I bought her. Be aware of Angie, she’s nice on the phone but sneaky with paperwork. She is a version of Eloise/Elise!. I won’t do business with them again!
