5 /5 Stephanie Prezzemolo: Alexandra “Allie” Horblitt and her whole team (including Zack) are absolutely AMAZING! They have been helping me for years now and just recently I was at the DMV and after waiting for several hours it turned out I needed to change my insurance policy completely in order to reinstate my license and I called Allie and she took care of it immediately and was able to fax it to them and I was able to take care of everything and without Allie and her team it wouldn’t have been possible. Highly recommended, very professional, very efficient and I wouldn’t dream of going or working with anybody else!

1 /5 Brian: I was being overcharged for SR-22 coverage I no longer needed. Once I had that removed I was still being overcharged by $70/mo. I called Estrella insurance and they were confused why I was paying the SAME price for 2 years! No discounts; disabled veteran, full time student, special needs parent, civil service employee, not even a loyalty discount. Youll pay an extra $70/mo directly to the brokers pocket for them to do nothing. Julie, after being contacted by Estrella insurance, didnt like that I will no longer pay her service fee and has sent a $92.36 bill directly to collections. I think thats is a very bottom of the barrel scum thing to do to a disabled veteran who lives off a fixed disability income.
