Yet, instead of offering assistance to resolve this misunderstanding, they quickly handed my account over to collections, leaving me to face harsh demands without a chance to clarify or provide the necessary documentation. Instead, I was met with a lack of empathy and a rigid approach that made an already difficult situation even more stressful.
