Everyone at Bri’s was very welcoming I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and they immediately began helping me with removing some links from a watch I recently bought from an online vendor/builder. After a close look some of the adjustment screws were found to be mock and not an actual screw so the pins had to be tapped with a good bit of force to remove the links. They had the job done within 5-10 minutes and it was no normal link removal. I offered to pay double the rate because of the work and they still only charged me a single adjustment. Westminster Edouard I was charged $200 for an extra link for my bracelet. Instead of actually adding the link, they worked the last link to lengthen it. Furthermore, they had to refund me $300 that was charged on my card as tip.
