Theyre extremely busy hence why they may sound so serious over the phone most times, but they strive to assist within one call with full, detailed explanation. Insurance can be so confusing to me, but Corey always takes the time to patiently break things down in a way I can understand. He never pushes a certain policy just to make a sale—he genuinely looks at all the options and helps guide you in the best direction, even if it doesn’t benefit him. I’ve recommended him to my entire family, and hes saved us all so much money while making sure we’re properly covered. One time, he even spent over an hour on the phone with me helping resolve an issue with my insurance—going far above and beyond what most agents would do.
