Ive had the same insurance company for 10 years (Olympus and never had a claim) and my premiums almost doubled. I called Steve nearly at the end of business on a Monday and by Friday I had a new carrier. Process was very streamlined and he returned any calls or emails as well. Give them a look for home or auto needs, doesnt hurt to take a second look.

Stephanie was extremely professional and knowledgeable having been in the business for 40 years. We only had to use them once for a complete roof replacement due to hail damage. There was no hassles. Submitted the claim, got the roofer, and it was paid for and done. My friends with other insurers were jumping through hoops and hurdles for months to find resolution for their roof replacement and they were paying higher premiums than I. Carla and the staff have always been responsive and courteous. If you are looking for insurance, I highly recommend Mitchell Insurance Agency!

They were able to keep me covered under a home policy when others wouldn’t dare and for a reasonable price! The communication is also top notch, I never had for a response to any of my questions or needs! Highly recommend them to anyone!
