1 /5 Katrina A: Not happy with the service as a new member so far. Had to take money out of my old bank to deposit here. I tried depositing it into their ATM 3 times and each time it rejected it and gave the cash back….glad I caught it because I almost drove off the first time with the cash drawer sitting open. I then went to the window since they were open…no line, and the took almost 20 minutes to take care of me. Unacceptable. That’s not even the worst of this bank. Because my direct deposit was delayed from switching banks I had to deposit a paper check from my job. I deposited it a week ago and still have not received the funds! Their reasoning- I’m a new member and I don’t have enough history with them. I have never ever had any other bank do this before. I always get a check funds in my account the same day. It should be illegal to keep someone’s money that long after showing them the check. I thought this would be more convenient than my old bank which is 30 minutes away but I was definitely wrong.
