Taylor Young 3 stars only cause Im not a fan of Truist as a branch of banking. However. Im fairly pleased with this specific one. Not sure why everyone is slandering Keith. Went in there to change a few things and get access to my mobile account and he was very helpful, polite, and even explained things when I didnt quite understand. Overall satisfied here where as Im left disappointed at most other Truists

Thomas Dzielak Greeted as soon as I walked in the door and asked what services I needed handled. Was just cashing a check. Melissa was my teller and she did a wonderful job. Felt secure because she asked for my identification and verified my account # etc. she was very professional and friendly. The kind of people you like to deal with on a daily basis . there were plenty of parking spots available as well.
