As far as giving them money in advance to be available to me, it is my understanding that is called a Retainer Agreement and EVERYONE has to pay that with every attorney out there. I believe that a lot of people think that an attorney will somehow be able to fix the mistakes that we make but that isnt true and they, especially Karen, can and does do the best with the clay mold she is given.
