In the middle of the process we had questions and called the office in Gainsville, Megan answered the phone very rude and said she couldnt help us and hung up immediately, shortly afterwards we called again and she continued saying that she could not help us without giving us space to explain, the services were paid for by our legal plan and not obtained.
