5 /5 Fedor Edmonds: I highly encourage people to talk to Karen Hatton and her girls at her office for themselves before listening and following negative reviews. She was excellent and always made an appointment for me to speak with her. It was made clear to me that she generally was not available at my whim and if I needed to discuss my case with her I could send her a message through their electronic system or make an appointment to call her. As far as giving them money in advance to be available to me, it is my understanding that is called a Retainer Agreement and EVERYONE has to pay that with every attorney out there. I believe that a lot of people think that an attorney will somehow be able to fix the mistakes that we make but that isnt true and they, especially Karen, can and does do the best with the clay mold she is given.

5 /5 Kaye Corbin: Hatton Law Firm has handled 2 cases for my family with the 1st one taking a week from start to finish. They have been very knowledgeable, kind, understanding (with my many questions) with the 2nd case. They have had my familys best interest from day #1, they kept me updated and was able to reply to messages in a timely manner. The family like atmosphere was wonderful. I will continue to recommend them.

1 /5 Dan Halloran: Karen Hatton subpoenaed me as a witness for a civil trial. On the day of the trial, I showed up to court, and the clerk informed me that the trial had been postponed, and that it was the responsibility of Ms. Hatton to inform the witnesses that she subpoenaed to court. Ms. Hatton completely wasted my day, with zero regard for my time. I called her office from the court to express my frustration, and there is not even an option to speak with a person, just an answering machine. In my opinion, based on today’s circus, this attorney lacks any semblance of professionalism. Karen, please respond and let me know where to send a bill for my time being wasted today. Ms. Hatton responded and incorrectly stated that the subpoena said for me to call her office or the court to be sure the trial was still on. It said nothing of the sort. The person who should have picked up the phone was Karen Hatton. Your client has my number, but you never bothered to ask for it. Lazy work, counselor.

5 /5 Tracy Davis: Hatton Law, has been amazing to our family she helped when us with a legal matter where a family member was wrongly accused. We are on a fixed income and she worked out a payment plan that allowed us to hire her so the family member had a dedicated attorney to help them. I will definitely be using Hatton Law in the future for additional legal matters I may have. I highly recommend her.
