My first impression with the office was great, reached out to me and saved me money on the same coverage. When I called regarding a claim however I was quickly transferred to corporate number that then referred me to app or internet to file my claim, no human option. Definitely not what I wanted at the time immediately after my accident. The claim process appeared to be moving OK, but they were more interested in determining fault. It has been over a week and I have called claims 3 times for updates on the status of my claim. I am on day 9 and only verbal attempt to contact me regarding my claim was on day 2. My only other claim experience everything was settled and a check in my hand within 24 hours with another company.
