1 /5 Stewart: Dont mean to leave a 1 star. Would be zero if possible. Dont waste your time with this company. In November 2022, I gave them 650k to invest. Never bothered them, allowed them to make money off of my account, then in October 2023, they contacted me and told me they were releasing me as a client. After a year of being nice to me, I was instantly let go. ZERO explanation. Heck, had they even tried to lie and give me an explanation, Id have been okay with it, but I literally received comments like, "We understand why youd like to know, and appreciate that youre interested, but we unfortunately have to release you as a client.". I ask why, they respond, " We appreciate you asking why and want to know that we appreciate your business." They will not tell me why they didnt want to make money off of my investment. I assure you my money was 100% legal, Ive done nothing wrong financially legally, and never bothered them, but they cancelled me after a year and absolutely refused to give me a reason. Heck, even sickos like Jeffrey Ebstein could get companies on Wall Street to invest his money, but not John Doe in Pensacola, Florida. I wouldnt be bitter had they even had the courage to make up a lie as to why they are releasing my account. Heck, if theyd be man enough to tell me over the phone, Id even delete this bad review, but they dont have the decency to do even that. So, for that reason, Id say if you want to invest money, go absolutely anywhere else except for Merrill Lynch, especially the Pensacola Branch.
