1 /5 Josie Perry: I would like to point out specifically that the teller Marc was particularly rude today, not only were his only words “do you have a card?.... well put it in then!” But he also didn’t mention to me that none of my funds would be available until the next day, which later cause me to zero out my account balance. On top of his tremendous failure to communicate, he was so busy fumbling with the wrapper on a stack of money, that he couldn’t even look me in the eye. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a very poor experience at this branch either.. the two times I stopped in before that I waited upwards of 35 minutes to make a withdrawl because they had one teller working at 4:30pm on a Friday! I will not be coming back to this location ever again if I can help it! Wells Fargo itself was wonderful in trying to help me today, just this particular lot of employees have seriously dropped the ball. And this comes from a woman with nearly 6 years in specialized customer service. If I could give a zero star I would!
