They will take the time and patience to resolve any issues that you may have with your taxes. I have been a client for over 12 years and would not trust anyone else to handle my taxes. On many occasions they would ask for additional information or documents that I would not have thought about, their thoroughness to make sure all essential documents are submitted is beyond any other person that I entrusted with my taxes. Eric Im just going to say this, had an issue, and thanks to Tricia Moore, who contacted me right back, my issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Cant say enough about Tricia, but she rocks !!!!!, (UPDATE) This company has gotten bad, went to lease another bike less then a month ago got approved, had to cancel due to some family issues. Went today to lease another bike,nothing has changed in the past month, and was declined. When I bought my previous bike over two years ago, paid it completely off including the end payment, Dont know what happened to this company but there not how they were before
