Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly, and they always take the time to help me get exactly what I need at great prices. Even Tracy and some of the jewelry salespeople come over to chat about this and that. Friendliest staff that one could ask for! She was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable about the ongoing promotions and products available. I was a indecisive on what other items I wanted to purchase, but she was patient and assisted me in finding the perfect products. I had the most pleasant experience due to her assistance. Irene Read I’ve been going to Zak’s for over 40 years. They have designed rings, earrings and repaired my jewelry throughout the years. I love Diane who always seems to be there when I go in. Beautiful showroom with new and some estate or previously owned pieces. It’s my go to place for all my jewelry needs. I highly recommend. Please be patient as showroom does get very busy. Honest Jew These people are some of the most unprofessional in the business. They wanted to charge me $1600 to repair a clasp on a watch that sells on eBay for $1600. They kept me on the hook trying to sell me a n extremely cheap quality leather band with a markup of hundreds as a backup plan for them. They are going to argue on the review that they didn’t, but here I am telling you about it. This went on for almost 2 months with zero effort to contact me back or follow up. Take your business anywhere else. The owner is too old to have every decision run by him. It’s comical how long things linger on, with that policy of 60 days and your jewelry is now ours. I got my stuff back by a week or so. How convenient
