He cost thousands less than the other guys but dont let that fool you he has the experience to get the job done. And there is no better review than to say that Mr.Cartelli helped this father get primary custody of his daughter! I dont think you would regret hiring him and I plan to again if the need arises.

Harry Blischke I have my Permanent Residency because of Joshuas excellent work. My case was not easy and went back 3 decades. His research into Exclusion case law and how it pertained to my case was excellent (Ive got Permanent Residency as proof of it). Joshua was nothing short of great. His replies to my questions were always timely and succinct (thank you for avoiding legalese in your answers). His demeanor is always warm and friendly.
