Lux DeeLight Kinsey I stopped by Kay jewelers to get what I thought was a new battery for my vintage watch. Dina immediately warmly greeted me when I walked in the store and asked how she could help. She was very complementary of my watch and took it back to see about changing the battery. When she returned, she explained the battery is old-fashioned and it does not need a battery. She kindly impatiently explain how the watch worked So now I can confidently wear my vintage watch and keep it working. She didn’t charge me anything for her services, and gave me a thorough explanation of the features. She was able to identify on my vintage watch. My day is brighter And I’m more knowledgeable because of Dina.

Ashley Rhodes My sister and I came in yesterday for me to get some permanent jewelry for my birthday. We had THE BEST experience! I’ve never been treated so well. A family owned mom and pop place. We were greeted with friendly smiles and told we could take out any of the chains we wanted to try on. They even offered us drinks during our stay. Prices are great! I will come back every time I come to PCB. Might even go back before I leave. My sister isn’t a jewelry person so she didn’t get anything, but after we left she was even raving about how kind the owners were and how much fun she had. Ladies this is the only place for permanent jewelry in PCB.

Ami Shelton Our family has been so blessed by Mr. Cooney’s talent. We asked him to set a diamond that my mother had given to my daughter into a gorgeous leaf engagement setting. Mr. Cooney sent us videos and pictures during each stage of the creation process. This made our experience even more personal and special. A few months later we requested he place my engagement diamond into a pendant that had the same details as the engagement setting. The result exceeded our expectations in every way. I must admit I was brought to tears when I first saw his creation. Not only have my daughter, myself, my husband and my parents been blessed by Mr. Cooney, but so will generations to come by the heirlooms we will pass down to them.
