Heather Wright Kiki is the best! She’s helped me a handful of times now! I take forever to make a decision and she was professional and patient the entire time. She’s got a great personality and she really helps you to find what you are looking for! I’ve even came to see her twice about some charms I bought on eBay and of course most of them were fake. Timothy Zito I just had a 3-hour large-scale tattoo done by Kelly, and I genuinely couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. I have very sensitive skin due to an autoimmune disorder, and Kelly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and cared for every step of the way. She took the time to understand my skin sensitivities and adjusted her approach to accommodate them, which I’ve never experienced at any other shop. She also gave me clear, thoughtful aftercare instructions tailored specifically to my skin type. The fact that I could purchase the exact soap and healing creams she recommended directly from the shop was a huge bonus—super convenient and no guesswork. The shop itself has a really chill, friendly atmosphere. It’s an open-floor concept, which somehow makes it feel both laid-back and professional at the same time. They offer snacks and drinks, which came in handy during a long session. The entire team there is welcoming and clearly passionate about what they do. My tattoo turned out even better than I imagined, and it’s healing beautifully thanks to Kelly’s expert care. I’ll absolutely be back for more work and can’t recommend Kelly—and the whole shop—highly enough. If you have sensitive skin or just want an artist who genuinely cares, she’s the one.

Brittany Hubschman I’ve worked with Matthew’s Jewelers in Plantation before, and they have always been wonderful to work with. Most recently, I worked with Alan, and he went above and beyond to make the experience seamless. We designed three rings together, and he created 3D resins so we could try them on before moving forward with the casting process, which was such a helpful step. We were also on a tight deadline for one of the rings, and Alan was able to have all three completed in time. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer service was all outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with the final pieces and the entire experience. Highly recommend Matthew’s Jewelers!
