He, as Im sure others with Pacific Jewelry, has been fair and honest with pricing. My latest purchase was a beautiful baguette diamond ring (for Mothers Day). I prong must have been loose and a very small, yet noticeable diamond, slipped out. I brought the ring in for repair and the diamond was replaced, ALL prongs were checked and the ring was polished. All within 3 days! This store is on a busy street and it can be months before I stop to shop or say hello. Alex always remembers us. I appreciate that.

They were straightforward and worked within my budget. At first, I put my ring on layaway and considered taking it off for a cheaper option. When David asked me why, I explained that my brother had passed away from cancer and I needed to help with funeral expenses. He then asked if this was my first time getting married, and after I said yes, he insisted that I keep the ring and offered to take more off the price so I could afford it. I will definitely recommend this place; it has a clean and friendly atmosphere.
