Customer service was awesome. She explain and answer all our questions. Please go check them out. Camden Dorman was great service in drive thru. Thank you for everything.

1 /5 Jarrod Harris: This is a zero risk bank. It only functions to serve the board of directors and original stock holders. Its the only bank I do business with that hijacks your deposit. Large deposits take 7 business days. But even a simple $500 deposit may take 3 days to hit. This bank operates as if customers have a line of credit backing them. Obviously, this isnt so. Im fortunate I can absorb all the delays. But a lot of folks arent in that position. This community bank exists to serve a very, very, small slice of the community- And, whether a business or individual is having a good time, or bad, your private info will end up on the street.

1 /5 Karl Vander Helmsman: No Southern Hospitality here. My family and I switched from another large bank in town by a friends recommendation and have had accounts here for sometime. The upper management staff is wonderful but it’s an older teller that we deal with, one on one regularly that is unpleasant, unhelpful but, mostly, primarily unprofessional. For this small growing community, this is not the welcoming image the bank should wish to present to represent itself to the growing and diverse public. Even their phone presence is not particularly friendly or professional with a very young inexperienced person answering and greeting . Something is awfully amiss in their training as even the most simple services and deposits become an issue. Over-all certain services are lagging behind or not available as with the larger banks. Wire transfers and other services that are commonplace they don’t provide.

1 /5 Lea Tanner: I lost alot of money from this bank . They let an unauthorized person access to my safe deposit box and he took everything in it. I will never trust this bank ever again. I would never recommend this bank to anyone.
