1 /5 FELICIA JONES: I spoke with Michelle and things seemed hopeful. I called based on a reference from a local. When they moved the date up 24 days, I called and texted to let them know because I was ready to retain. Instead of answering and saying they would or could not take the case, they stopped responding. THEN the firm actually gave a referral to use an attorney who has only 1 review that is recent with⭐️to the family member who I had call to speak for him/herself. Egregious. RR Rockwell and WS Smith are our Atlanta attorneys, so maybe my expectations are too high. Its a little hard to measure up to greatness. I will say that if they take you, you might end up good based on other reviews, but the ⭐️ is for the referral. There is a price for justice and you get what you pay for.
