I have been fighting in court for YEARS to get my children back home with me after the hurricane took away our home and I had to let the children stay with their fathers mother. I retained Ms. Adhal in April of 2024 and today April 22 2025 I was reunited with my children. She was very insightful and truly cared about my children and myself and was eager to help get them out of a bad situation. I will return to her if I ever need anything in the future.

1 /5 Sam Moe: My experience with Alia Adhal was extremely frustrating. When I first met with her, she seemed confident and knowledgeable, so I decided to hire her. However, after paying an initial fee, I noticed she kept asking for more money without making much progress on my case. It felt like every time I reached out, there was a new excuse for why things were moving slowly, and I barely received any updates. Communication was spotty at best, and I often felt left in the dark about important details. Honestly, I felt like she was more focused on billing me than actually helping with my case. I would not recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy family lawyer. DONT HIRE HER. I wish I never did!

I hired Alia on very late in my case, and she was very understanding of my situation and was very flexible. From the moment she was put on the case she started moving mountains. From getting information updated and making sure it was accurate, to listening to my concerns and helping set realistic expectations during the process. At the beginning of my case I was scared of what to expect and told by a previous lawyer that what I wanted was unattainable. Alia helped with creating a time sharing plan that was ethical, respected my boundaries, and put my kids first. She fought for my concerns and made me feel heard.
