Mr. Blougouras ended up coming out to talk with me for about 20-mins, and gave me some great advice and a number of things to consider. As a result, I had all of the information that I needed and would not need to return for a future appointment. I offered to pay for the consult and Mr. Blougouras said that there was no charge. In todays society, that blew me away. Mr. Blougouras and his staff are very helpful, friendly, and professional; and they are obviously not out to nickel and dime you for higher fees. I can see why they have so many 5-star reviews. I will be returning when I am ready to update my family trust.
