1 /5 Wilson Rodriguez: This company is horrible. The costumer service is the worse I had ever dealt with. I applied for a hardship withdrawal of my 401k due to an accident I had and 23 days later, I am still waiting for the disbursement and a review process that, according to their costumer service department, should take only 14 days. They don’t even let you to communicate with anything else that can help. Just with the totally lost people that even told me that they have an idea if someone will do something with the messages they sent internally.

1 /5 Tonia Blount: My last day working due to breast cancer was on 11/19/24. I purposely had all my paperwork turned in so that I wouldnt have any issues after I had a double mastectomy. Ive called Lincoln the last 2 weeks and still have not received a payment. My company pays 80 percent of my short term and I bought into the other 20 percent so that I could get my full salary while I was out. Ive called every day leading up to this morning and I been talked to disrespectful left messages for supervisors to please call me back and NOTHING from anyone. I dont know why my company even got in the pocket of this company. Going thru cancer the last thing I need to be doing is stressing. I pay Into this short term and long term every paycheck and this is the customer service you receive can someone please direct me so that I can get the results that i need.

1 /5 Priscilla Hernandez: I lost my mother on 10/15/2024, needless to say My life changed, depressed, could not focus, needed some time and decided to file short term disability until I am able to return to work. This has been the worse claim experience in my life. Adjuster and Customer Service is the worse. Paper work faxed, by me, Dr office etc they always say they didnt receive or if they do get it they take forever to review. I received one check in the beginning of December , have not received any more money, why because they need more forms signed etc.. which was not communicated with me until i received the form when I called. This is unaccepetable. I am returning back to work on Jan 21.. because Lincoln cannot get there shit together... The absolute worse, and they do not give a shit.. I hope upper management sees this, because they need to improve. Reading other reviews I am not the only one that feels this way.. I hope they do back pay me....

5 /5 John 13:7: I am very pleased with Lincoln Financial. My job, Primo Brands, sent me there for my FLMA case. I had to take a 30 day leave due to my father crossing over. My case (17693***) was handled very swiftly, professionally, and easily. If I ever have to go through a trauma filled event again, I personally would feel good with Lincoln Financial taking my case again. What I needed them for was to get clarity on my rights, what to expect, a timely check, ease of random questions answered and all around pleasantness. Check, check, check, check, and check. Thank you for being there for me in my most trying time.

1 /5 Rachael Johnson: Don’t expect to get anyone from the states on the phone, and don’t expect anyone to actually help with your older loved ones plans. They hang up on you and when dealing with difficult times trying to figure out loved ones money, they couldn’t care less. Doesn’t surprise me the average rating is a 1. I can’t wait to get my grandmothers income out of there and into an investment group that actually cares. Definitely don’t recommend at all.
