1 /5 Wilson Rodriguez: This company is horrible. The costumer service is the worse I had ever dealt with. I applied for a hardship withdrawal of my 401k due to an accident I had and 23 days later, I am still waiting for the disbursement and a review process that, according to their costumer service department, should take only 14 days. They don’t even let you to communicate with anything else that can help. Just with the totally lost people that even told me that they have an idea if someone will do something with the messages they sent internally.
