When we closed we had a different insurance agency that we went with. 2 months after closing that agency sent us a letter stating would no longer insure us because we were too far from the fire department. John Rolfe I have had numerous contacts with this companys customer service agents. They are condescending and rude but notably ignorant of SEC and other major compliance laws. They make rollovers nearly impossible or outright lie saying its not allowed. Cities and towns that sign up with Bencor do not have the better interests of their employees as their goal. I urge any municipal employee to seriously question their HR Department about the research they carried out in selecting US Bencor. Chances are they did none and just put the contract out for bid.Thats no way to select a quality financial institution.
