1 /5 Happy Moving LLC: Liberty Mutual refused to renewal auto policy after I missed their renewal notice letter while I was out of state taking care of my ill father. I have 3 home owner policies with them. Made no sense. Shame on Liberty Mutual.

It was my first time getting a car insurance in the U.S so I didnt know much and every question I asked he responded in a way that came off as him trying to be superior and making me look dumb. I had to get the insurance at the time to be able to get my car, but I cancelled it as soon as possible.

1 /5 Marcela Varela: I used this agency 7 years ago my agent Jimmy Avallan a very disrespectful person that if you ask a question treat you like an ignorant at that time I did not have time to look for another agent . Yesterday I had to reach to them with policy question; and there we go again this Person Jimmy Avallan I asked a question I got all kind of non sense sarcastic and wrong information. Bottom line at this time Im glad that it happened so I am changing my agent to someone respectful, honest and profesional I am glad that I had learned that the insurance company works with many different agents in my area and they are very polite and profesional never again people please be careful to choose the right agent.
