1 /5 Lori D. Palmieri: We have been customers of this agency for many years. We received a homeowner’s renewal on June 1. I called to ask for alternative companies because it more than doubled in 2 years with no claims. I was told a thorough search would be completed and I would be contacted well before my renewal this week. I never heard back. I contacted another broker, secured a new policy for over $1000 less. The broker makes considerable commission on every policy so their incentive is to keep the policy as high as possible. Shame on them for this terrible lack of follow-up for their clients and clear conflict of interest. Their plan was simply to wait until I had no option but to renew or risk losing coverage. If I could have left a zero review I would have. Steer clear of this agency.

I highly recommend working with this agency and plan to continue to do so for my needs. I very recently had the pleasure of working with an agent I had not communicated with previously. Erinn Martinez was such a pleasure to interact with and was immediately on top of my requests. She has helped in several ways and discovered an opportunity to save me a little money on my auto policy. It was a joy to work with her and I will continue to contact her as any insurance needs arise. Working with Bouchard has been a great experience.

The folks at Bouchard, especially Raymond and Brandy helped us find the BEST possible rate. (We know this to be true because we decided to get a couple of new quotes recently.) We also decided to use Bouchard for our homeowners policy, too! Raymond responds to any inquiry so promptly and has recently been able to help us solve with getting an invoice paid while traveling. I don’t hesitate to recommend these folks!
