1 /5 Penny Duff: I called and wanted WRITTEN materials, so I could compare with other similar programs. They wont do that. Theyll talk to you on the phone, but you cannot get anything in writing. Why they cannot be that honest, I do not know, but it tells me they would rather bully you on the telephone than set down what they do in writing. That, then, is not a company I want to do business with and that I can trust.
1 /5 Adamo Drive: I have called in to Mass mutual a couple of times and have had mixed feelings about their customer service. The website is constantly having issues too. Just yesterday I let them know that I was misinformed about a few fees and policies on my account. Instead of the customer service team being sympathetic or offering to resolve my issue he said that we can go back to that date and listen to my conversation to see what was really said. Basically saying that Im a liar and he doesnt believe me.
I told him that is the most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard. As much as Id love to wait as they search through their records and listen to my conversation again it would have been easier to just take care of my issue and get on with our lives. As for the actual mutual funds they are expensive and there are alot of better places to trust with your money. Ill be moving mine out shortly.

I am not a client, however I am an outside vendor who services sensitive information for Insight. I have daily dealings with multiple branches for Insight as well as their competitors. Everyone is quick to offer up a harsh word or two if something isn’t perfect, but as a society we need to get back to offering a kind word when deserved. That’s what I’m here to do. The Insight branch located at 501 Currency Circle in Lake Mary has within its walls some of the nicest ladies that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Always smiling, always positive which makes taken care of them as a client an absolute joy!
