1 /5 Jim Dickenson: Ive done business with this firm for 10 years. For the first 8 years I felt they were doing a good job and I never looked for another agent/carrier. In the last two years service has cratered. My insurance premium increased $1k this year and I called to see what could be done to reduce it. My premium was due in late April and I called on March 10. I was told it would be reviewed and I would be contacted. I never heard back from them. I was not surprised at the person I spoke to clearly wasnt interested in my situation. My insurance lapsed on April 23 and I still havent heard from them. I found another insurance carrier and reduced my premium by 50%. I would not do business with these people unless you truly cannot find another option and there are many other options. For the price of insurance you should at minimum expect to be treated decently and get a response to every inquiry.
