It was made clear to me that she generally was not available at my whim and if I needed to discuss my case with her I could send her a message through their electronic system or make an appointment to call her. As far as giving them money in advance to be available to me, it is my understanding that is called a Retainer Agreement and EVERYONE has to pay that with every attorney out there.
